Make Your Clerk a Power User

Here at IQM2, we can train your clerk to be Power User for MinuteTraq and MediaTraq, teaching them the comprehensive knowledge of our agenda management software to help streamline your workflow and organize your agenda. Here are just a few things that our Power Users can do:
Assign Permissions. In addition to learning the ins and outs of MinuteTraq and MediaTraq, your clerk will be able to customize permissions for each user based on their role and responsibilities. You can also limit the clerk’s permissions to certain boards, departments, or features.
Revise Agenda Items. As items are created by Submitters or reviewed by Approvers, the Power User can step in and add tracked revisions.
Create and Edit Automated Workflows. Power Users can create an automated workflow so that agenda items filter seamlessly through the approval process before being placed on the agenda. If an Approver is out of the office, a Power User can skip their review or assign a delegate to review on that user’s behalf.
Track Agenda Items. Clerks with Power User permissions will also have access to your organization’s searchable MinuteTraq database, which means that he or she will be able to find resolutions by their number, title, or meeting date.
Publish the Agenda. Your clerk will have the ability to publish (or un-publish) agendas, minutes, and other documents to the web with one click. It’s that easy.
